Advanced classes are back and so is Nat!! 🤩

Nat will be back to run a pop up block of four Advanced Reformer Classes for those who love a challenge and want to learn some more complex moves! 🤸‍♂️

WHEN? Commencing WEDNESDAY 27th OCT

WHERE? BUNINYONG STUDIO

TIME? 7:30PM

❕As these classes are designed to work towards some more complex moves in the Pilates repertoire, it's a great idea to make sure your are comfortable with and have had some experience on the reformers already!❕

Hey 👋 been awhile since I’ve been on here! COVID has made for an interesting year...
Ive had the opportunity to stop and think about the sort of teacher I hope to be.

I hope that you feel welcome and included when you come to my class, that you know I’ve your back!
It would be amazing if you feel like you have the opportunity to explore movement and really connect and develop an understanding of your own body!
That you see movement as a positive experience in which you feel inspired and confident to move in a way that feels good for you on the day! We all have different reasons for moving and that can change from day to day! So trust yourself and move accordingly xx and not let fear get in the way of you moving ✨

Last week I chickened out of this exercise as my back was feeling a little stiff, and we just moved on like was no big deal. This week I didn’t let fear talk me out of it , and with some encouragement it felt awesome ✨

Thinking of rolling and abs theme for tomorrow’s class! For some reason I’m loving rollbacks at moment 🤷‍♀️ think I put them in every class ... and I had to pick which body parts were least sore so that I can actually demonstrate the exercises 🙊
There will still be all your favourites like bridges, side planks and much more to make class balanced! Lots of variations to cover all abilities too ✨Hope to see you on the mat 9:30am live or anytime later when suits you 💕

I challenge you to think again and give it a go (if your not already a convert) A little teaser of tomorrow’s class, showing the many layers of exercises - so you can choose what feels good/challenging for you on the day! Because some days we just need a little gentle movement and other days we feel awesome and want to try nail a hardcore exercise (or at least attempt too..)
