🚴‍♂️ VMC – Race Day Reminder for Tomorrow! 🚴‍♀️

Looking forward to seeing everyone at VMC tomorrow! Please read the important details below to make sure the morning runs smoothly.

📝 Registration:
Opens at 9:00am and closes promptly at 9:40am.
Please arrive early to avoid missing out.

📍 Start Line Assembly:
All riders must be at the start line by 9:45am for:
• Grade assembly
• Mandatory rider briefing

🚲 Travel to Start Line:
Please allow enough time to ride from the clubrooms to the start line — it’s approximately 3.2km (as shown in the photo). Don’t leave it too late!

⏱ Race Start:
A Grade rolls out at 10:00am sharp, with each grade consecutively following at short intervals.

🏆 Post-Race:
After the race, we’ll gather back at the club rooms for presentations and a delicious spread put on by the Eureka members. A great chance to relax, refuel, and celebrate the day together!

Our 4th raffle prize has been generously donated by Cycle City Ballarat — a floor pump! Huge thanks for the support 🙌
