Our aim is to provide the community of Ballarat with a safe friendly and healthy environment to have fun whilst training with the main emphasis on Boxing for Fitness. Strength & Conditioning and Strongman is also a another large component of gym. Our aim is to ensure our cl

eints will improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibilty, power and agility. We have a kids friendly area and run a variety of classes to suit everyones needs - our yougest client is 8 and oldest 72 - all ages are welcome. Thanks everyone for attending the Pop Up Boxing class last night. It was fantastic seeing everyone and I hope you all had a great session and catching up with everyone.
If you would like a copy of the 12 days to Christmas (not the one from last night but the original CB gym version) please let me know and I will send it through - ooh its the one with the assault bike on it.

If you would like a box dropped off at your house please DM by the end of this Friday and I can collect the boxes and drop them off and then will pick them back up from your house when they are full and deliver them to the drop off centre on the 14th December.
