Super proud of all our community embracing our Ceremony and Hyrox classes. Many different fitness levels and age groups are having a go. Sporting clubs can book sessions via the club.
Our 24/7 HNR Zone was purpose-built ten years ago
and includes boxing circuits and 24/7 access so members can train at their convenience. HNR is powered by Myzone, a wearable heart rate monitor that rewards members with points and status. Never underestimate the power you have to try something new. See you at the next HNR class.
