Hello parents of Tackers.
Letting you know about this non-sailing but Lake Wendouree based water activity running next week (23-24 Sept).
I’m doing one of their kayaking courses at the moment and finding it loads of fun, whilst building great skills. Great emphasis on water safety too.

Learn kayaking and water safety, play canoe polo, go on an expedition, make friends and have fun!

On 26 December, our incredible crew will take on the 81st Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race—marking Making Waves Foundation’s 24th campaign in this legendary offshore event.

With 50% of our offshore crew living with disability, we’re proving that inclusion belongs on the world stage.

Each crew member is working to raise $3,500 to support the training, travel, specialised preparation and offshore safety equipment required to compete in one of the world’s toughest ocean races.
