8 reps with 20kg dumbbells in each hand, my hands are on her elbows only for guidance if the exercise became too hard, but no assistance in pushing the weight up.

Why you should master the goblet squat before attempting a barbell back squat!

1. Holding the weight at your chest forces you into proper technique.

2. Goblet squats promote you to brace your core properly as you move through the rep.

3. You can use it to identify any obvious weak points.

4. An easier load on the back.

5. Chances are you probably don’t know how to squat properly under a bar!

First 3 month program done and entering straight into a second for

Erin has been the definition of consistency for the last three months both for our in person sessions and her daily training plan from the JMF ONLINE APP.

She has created a lifestyle around fitness and has developed a true base of strength that continues to grow!
