✅ Create a fun environment and you’ll have greater success! 💯

💚 A big passion of mine is creating an environment that is fun to be within and where the client and coach relationship is paramount, as time and time again this proves to increase training consistency. 🤟🏋️

Over the past 5️⃣ months, long term client Jasmine switched her training goals slightly and has been able to shred off over 9️⃣kgs!😳😧

Now, this wasn’t achieved by any barbaric starvation diets or “6️⃣ week yo-yo programs”, instead, by staying consistent to her structured strength programs. 💯

I’ve found having a space where clients can come in, and view their gym session as a really upbeat and fun part of their weekly schedule really aids them staying consistent.

🥵 There is no secret that Jasmine works bloody hard in her PT sessions and also in her own sessions, but throughout it all, we always aim to do it with a smile on her face. 😊

A huge shoutout to Mark who has been destroying it within the gym since the commencement of 2024. 🤟

Mark has predominantly achieved this through developing a consistent strength and conditioning program which has enabled him to shred over 12kgs, not through a fast “6 week challenge”, but via implementing healthy lifestyle alterations. 🔥

🤘 As an S&C coach // Personal Trainer, there are sometimes people I refer to as ‘energy givers’ and ‘energy takers’. 👏

This man could not be any better of a representation of what I refer to as an ‘energy giver’ and as such has seen his training leapfrog forward largely based off his immense desire to improve (all while having a big smile on his face and making our training environment one hell of an enjoyable space to be within!) 😊

💯 We have now not only been training together for over a year, but he is also dominating an online training program I have him set up on another two times within the week.

A massive shoutout to this legend! Stacey Aggett

Stacey has been working closely with me across the past year with online running coaching, and has made significant improvements across this time, recently completing the “Run2Cure” 10km race in 70mins! Most importantly, getting through the entire run without stopping! 🔥

We’ve been through several races this year including Sydney 10, Run Melbourne and Melbourne Running Festival, and I’m so pleased to see how her running has progressed!

💯 Process driven! 🔥

On Saturday, this legend knocked over her 2nd consecutive training year with me so I believed it was justified to do some reflecting. 🥸

📐 Although I don’t often take body measurements, it is vital to comprehend where your clients have transitioned from throughout your time working together; and what has been successful changes and what hasn’t been. 😎

Our training partnership commenced in July 2021, after Tameaka had an extended period of reduced exercise across the COVID saga. 😕 These photos are taken from two separate weddings (2021 Vs 2023) revealing Tameaka’s weight loss journey thus far.

I am a big advocate for setting up “lifestyle habits” and that’s exactly what Tameaka and I set out to do. This was commenced by incorporating 2 x 30min sessions per week in order to increase her body awareness and confidence within the facility. From there we explored the incorporation of daily walks, and a finer tuned mindset regarding her eating behaviours. 🥘 🍎

After approximately 12 months, Tameaka was really starting to hit her stride within the gym so I set her up a 3 day/week strength program to complete by herself, in addition to 1 x PT session together. ✅

A few words from Tameaka “Fast-forward again to now, I’m 10kgs lighter and feeling stronger than I ever have before. I could not ask for a better or more supportive trainer than Cam! Training is now a high priority for us and we look forward to coming into the gym each and every session. Thanks Cam 😊”
