Sunday Run Club!

Yes! You heard right! Sunday Run club!
Have you thought about giving running a go? not sure where to start? Then look no further!
I will be starting a Running Club on Sunday arvo's in Ballarat, I have set up a group/community within the Connected Fitness Whatsapp. If you are interested DM me for the link so you can keep involved!

It is completely free and all it needs is your attendance!
I have started this to keep myself accountable as well as help those beginners or those who just want to start getting fit and don't know how!
I have decided to partake in this years 5k Foam Fest event on NOV the 30th which is my personal training goal towards this. - If you want to join my group for this as well you are absolutely welcome! there is ticket costs to the event and a future shirt cost (TBA closer to the date)
Otherwise joining the run club has no cost, just requires you to want to try something new!

Because i'm not training to become a masterchef. I'm training to become stronger and better than yesterday me.

So simple always wins.
I know what i'm eating, and i can use spices to change up the taste and keep it feeling a little different each time.

Stick with simple or basic, because there's no fancy tripple back flip answer to losing weight, maintaining weight or gaining muscle.
It's just consistency and simplicity.

I used to be anxious around wearing my band and anime tee's especially at the gym.
You know, the stuff that showcases the thing(s) you like/love.
People would glare, make snide remarks, (you know the ones, just in earshot to their mates) or look me up and down. It really makes you self concious and nervous.

After seeing a post from a figure i follow and respect, showing how and why he respects anime so much. It has reminded me that i'm in my own lane, minding my own business. I shouldn't give a damn what those s**tty people do and think. Wear the damn shirt. Become titan strong.

Check out this super quick and simple chicken fried rice.

Ingredients:
170g of Chicken breast
1 cup of Jasmine rice
2 Eggs.
1 Light spray of cooking oil.
Spices of your choice

This is my very lazy chicken fried rice.
Boil and cook rice and set aside (It is better if the rice has time to dry (it will fry up nicely in the pan! But if you're time constrained don't worry! even use a microwave pack of rice to save your time!)
Dice the chicken and fry in a pan, move to the side of the pan and pour in your 2 eggs and cook to the side whilst adding in your choice of spices.
Once mostly cooked through, mix egg's and chicken together, and then add rice.
Allow to have a slight fry on the rice.
Ta-da!
You have a super high protein and quick meal for dinner!

Your progress isn't going to be exciting.
It's going to be doing the same things day in, day out.
Week in, week out.
It's boring.
Mostly of all though.
It's worth it 💪

I actually love how basic my food can be, so that i don't have to feel like a chef at a restaurant on a Saturday night. 😂

My clients progress so far!

After spending a month prior to recording progres via photo's. We started by working on form, breaking down technique adding in habit tracking and incrimential step targets, all without changing diet so far. Now the tracking has begun and progress has started to rear it's head! 💪

Can't wait to see the next steps of progress to come through! So far, almost 12 weeks down for training. Lets see what the next 12 bring!!
