Introducing Cat Hynes boxing sessions at KDT.
Cat has been training at KDT and is now starting her own boxing session.
Please not this is a conditioning and group based session
NOT a fighter development program, it’s about getting some pad work in, learning some skills and getting a sweat on while having fun‼️

WHAT A CHAMPION!

Other the last few months Kelly and I have trained through a program preparing for insanity!
Kelly (Nina and Pippa) all trained with incredible consistency which lead to no doubt in confidence when Kelly set off.
Kelly set on a mission for 125km going Cape to Cape in WA
AND SMASHED IT!!
Such an incredible feat and here is what Kelly had to say-

Me six months ago: hoping my knees would survive a big hike.

Me after training with Kobe at KDT: completing the Cape to Cape Track over six days and feeling every bit of it—in the best possible way.

The Cape to Cape is no gentle stroll. This 125km track runs through Western Australia’s Margaret River region, winding along spectacular coastline, rugged bushland, towering karri forests, steep climbs, rocky trails, and long stretches of soft sand that your legs remember for days.

My legs were brilliant across every single kilometre. My little toes staged a bit of a protest around day three, but that was about it.

What Kobe’s Dynamic Training gave me was exactly what I needed: a program built around real results. We focused on building strength and mobility through my legs and hips so my body was ready for whatever the trail threw at me.

Six days. 125 kilometres. Not once did my legs ask me to stop.

I’m a mum in my mid-40s. I wasn’t chasing a six-pack—I just wanted to stand at the end of the Cape to Cape with my friend and feel proud.

Mission accomplished.
