What is KangaMix?
KangaMix is where the classes are a mix of either KangaOnWheel or KangaTrail.

What is the difference?
KangaOnWheel is where the trail we walk is suitable for prams or carriers or even bring both!

KangaTrail is where the trail is suitable for carrier only and not pram friendly.

What happens at a KangaMix class?
We walk a trail and stop for exercises along the way - squats, barre, arms, repeaters, pelvic floor and stretching.

How much is it to come along?
$10. If the class is cancelled by the Kangatrainer, you are entiled to a make-up class. If you are unable to attend and the class is running, there are no refunds.

How do I book?
Register on the website in the 'class' tab. Pay in the 'My Shop' tab. Once you have done this you will be sent a health form to complete. You must complete this before attending your first class.

⭐️ KangaMix Week 3- diary of a Kangatrainer ⭐️

Today miss T started out in the carrier. By the end of our first stop (SQUATS 🍑) miss T was cranky as so I popped her in the pram. For the last 15 mins of KangaMix she cried 😭. I made a bottle and she kept throwing it out of the pram.. so then I fed her snacks one by one to buy some time while getting through our last exercise and stretches.

Points of the story:
• everyone has a turn at having the cranky child 😉 we all understand! Today was my turn.
• use your pram, carrier or both during our walks. Whatever works!
• BRING SNACKS 😹
