Autumn/Winter 2026 Season Announcement:

Unfortunately due to insufficient interest and inability to field sufficient number of teams, the committee has made the decision not to proceed with the BDNA Autumn/Winter 2026 Season.

Please keep an eye out on our socials in August where we will again seek interest from teams and players and share details for our Spring/Summer 2026 Season.

The upcoming season is likely to commence end of April, after the Easter School Holidays. The season’s commencement is dependent on community interest. A minimum of 6 teams is required to ensure a viable and competitive competition.

AGM DATE UPADTE - The BDNA AGM will now be held on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 7:00pm at the Ballan Bowling Club rooms, Cowie Street Ballan.

We invite all players/intrested players and persons to attend.

All committee positions will be vacated at the AGM - and we welcome nominations. Without committee members, the competition is unable to run.

AGM NOTICE: The BDNA Annual General Meeting for 2026 will be held on Monday 9th February 2026 at 7pm at the Ballan Bowls Club, Cowie Street Ballan 🗓️

ALL COMMITTEE POSITIONS WILL BECOME VACANT AND WILL BE SEEKING NOMINATIONS 🏐

PLEASE MESSAGE OUR PAGE IF YOU WISH TO SUBMIT A NOMINATION.

We encourage anyone who is interested in getting involved to please come along to the meeting and put your hand up to help us run the competition.

All new and returning players are welcome and encouraged to attend to meet and greet, offer feedback and to simply be informed

TEAMS & UMPIRES 🏐

To ensure the competition can run smoothly and effectively we’re looking for a minimum of 5 teams!

Please message message the page if you would like to submit a team. *Ideally all teams submitted will have minimum 8-9 players

Please reach out if you’re able to assist with umpiring! We’ll be able to answer any questions re rostering and remuneration at the meeting

SUMMER 2024/25 COMP GRAND FINAL RESULTS 🏆

Congratulations to 50 Shades who took out the grandfinal last night against the Young Ones - 34 to 16

Great effort by both teams! Special mention to the Young Ones who showed tenacious defence and hard-fought effort against a strong team!

Also a HUGE thank you our umpires!

2024-25 Season FINALS 🏆

Congratulation to all teams on a great season!! It has been fantastic to see so many new and old faces!!

Without teams, our local social netball competition simply wouldn't exist. It would be a great loss to our community if we were unable to continue this wonderful tradition, and we are so thankful for your efforts in making it possible!

Reminder - there are no games tonight due to the Public Holiday.

Next Monday 17 March we have our first round of finals;

- Semi Final 1: 6:30pm - Young Ones vs Ballan Housewives
- Semi Final 2: 7:20pm - 50 Shades vs Golden Girls

Finals will be held at the outdoor courts at the Ballan Recreation Reserve

Winners from each semi will go into the Grand Final, held the following week Monday 24 March at 7:00pm
