Using the tools from these three ancient sciences we learn what works best for us, for our own unique expression of the life force energy that runs through us, governing what we

experience, feel and think. Although in the West we view Yoga as a group experience, it was not intended for it to be this way. Yoga is a state of being as well as the journey there. It can be useful to experience this as a group but the real impetus for change can only be found internally, in the quietude of your heart space. The practices of Tantric Hatha Yoga and the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga lead us into a wellspring of knowledge and practical applications, when taken to our inner sanctuary, lead us to our own
unique expression of universal wisdom in the world. Our own personal gifts are recognised and most importantly we learn how to express them outwardly. This is the path that serves me, these are the teachings I learn from every day, it is my passion to share and to learn with you.

Thank you to everyone who came along to my Autumn Specials!
I had a wonderful time caring for so many beautiful people and welcoming many new faces.
What a gift it is to me, to offer warmth and nourishment to your body, mind and heart.

I had the pleasure of gifting the very generous Ruby a treatment! She does so much for our community, she has given so much to me, it was a great way to give back.

The special may have come to an end but this glorious treatment continues. Think warm room, soft music, warm oil and post massage steam so you leave feeling deeply relaxed with a sense of renewal.

Your body is digesting more than food.

It’s digesting every experience. Every emotion. Every stress, every grief, every ordinary overwhelming day of just keeping up with life.

We receive more in any given moment than we can consciously process — and we were never meant to do it alone or cognitively.

Ayurveda offers something different. Through rhythm, ritual, nourishment and movement that is genuinely right for you. Not all movement suits every body, not all practices serve every nervous system — we begin to support the deeper digestion that the body-mind is always working to do.

This is how we reclaim our power in our own wellbeing. Ayurveda doesn’t ask us to do more, it asks us to listen closely and become wise practitioners and participants of life.

I’m running a group cleanse starting Monday 20th April and all are welcome. 🌿

A gentle, supported clearing for what you’ve been carrying. Come and feel what it’s like to be truly nourished.

This is Vata time.
Air and ether. Wind and restlessness.
The earth is contracting back.
The water is contracting back.
And the trees
The trees are on fire.
That slow blaze of colour is the element of fire
doing one last, gorgeous, letting-go.
There’s something in that for us too.
Autumn asks us to release the intensity
of forward motion.
The big plans. The full-speed-ahead.
Winter is coming,
and it will ask us to slow down
whether we’re ready or not.
If we don’t begin to soften now,
that unspent fire has a way
of burning us from the inside.
The wind is real.
The restlessness is real.
And so is the beauty
of slowing down.
