It’s time to dress up, add a splash of pink and celebrate an incredible month of community, connection and fundraising at the Pink Up Ballan Pink Ball!

Join us for a very special evening supporting the McGrath Foundation Cancer Care Nurses, with a night packed with entertainment, delicious food and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

Well, I am so thrilled to be able post this… because it is a pretty exciting thing to post about. Brooke has just reached aMASSIVE milestone here at The Studio. 500 CLASSES. Yep. 5 0 0. Let that sink in.
And because of it let’s go down memory lane a bit.. Brooke started here a few years ago, wearing offensive t-shirts and her long pony tail )not much has changed there 😂) and has become part of the furniture. You really start to notice when she’s not around and people start asking … where’s Brooke?! She’s the class clown (and we love her for it) and has tried pretty much every damn class we’ve ever put on. Thanks for just BEING YOU Brooke don’t ever change. And thanks for being such an integral part of our studio community xx ♥️

Team! We have a new cover superstar joining our team! Stacey is a local of Bacchus Marsh where she was born and raised. After falling in love with pilates herself she decided to become an instructor.

Stacey has a gentle instruction style and likes to build layers so you can chose what feels right for your body. Her goal is for you to feel a little bit better after class than when you walked in.

Outside of teaching she loves spending time her pets, listening to music, reading a good book, binging a good series or even doing a pilates class herself.

Monday to Friday at 5:15AM our Reformer Room is JAM-PACKED with a loyal crew of early birds. They get in, they smash it and they get on with their day like superstars. Join a 5:15AM class and see what all the fuss is about. Bonus points for chill emotional support dogs like Meatball who will keep you motivated!!
