Promoting good health and fitness while learning self defence in a fun and safe environment, Rhee Tae Kwon Do is suitable for men, women and children of all ages! Rhee Tae Kwon Do Balgownie is run by 4th Degree Black Belt -Senior Regional Instructor George Messih and qualified Black Belts, who have all been promoted by World Master and Father of Australian Tae Kwon Do, Master Chong Chul Rhee.
