breakfast time- most important meal of the day why? because this is the time where you break your fast (break-fast) from sleeping the night before, this is where you can set yourself up for success, what ever you first put into your mouth your body will make or break your day, all the vitamins and nutrients from this meal will be used to charge you. the question is what will you choose?

The hardest thing about trying is when you wake up and find yourself hitting that snooze button and you have no intentions on going to the gym, this is where a gym buddy is beneficial on those hard days we don't want to get up.
