“Hello how you going? Honestly… I’m missing Pilates”

The message we got recently from Soph after she left Honey to pursue the gym (which we were super supportive of, of course!)

200 classes for Soph who’s confidence in the room has grown exponential amounts (as well as her back muscles 😎)

Definitely not sad to have you back!!! 🥹🤗

Your nervous system called and she’d like a Pilates class and maybe she’s onto something.

We say it all the time but we know so often it’s the first thing to go so just a reminder that Pilates (especially at Honey) isn’t just about fitness goals, sometimes its simply the one thing keeping you sane at the moment 💛💛
