We spend a large portion of our time wondering and dreaming of the things that we should've done. Destination WOD was established on not what we should've done but what we can do. Our love of travel, adventure and doing things that are a bit out of our comfort zones is what we are all about. We are all CrossFit Level 1 Trainers and have a strong connection to the community type environment that Cr
ossFit offers. The daily WODS (Workouts of the day) will have a definite CrossFit base, but won't be limited to only CrossFit. Some of the unique destinations that we visit have their own specific fitness theme that we just have to take advantage of. Everyday will be an opportunity to do something different, something new, something to create great memories and even better FaceBook posts. Having some fun is mandatory, making friends is a given, seeing different places while having a fit holiday is what we can give you. Our destinations and activities are chosen with this in mind. We like doing some interesting things, while meeting new faces and creating great memories.
