We have received no nominations for our upcoming AGM. Without volunteers stepping forward, the club cannot continue. If you value this club and what it provides for our kids, we urgently need you to nominate — even one role can make all the difference. Please help us keep the club alive. 💙🏀

This email is to formally advise that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on:

Wednesday, 21st January 2026
Time: 6:00pm
Location: Dome Waikiki

At the AGM, all current committee positions will be declared vacant, with the current committee stepping down in accordance with our constitution. We will be seeking nominations to fill these positions for the upcoming term.

We are pleased to confirm that Meagan and Lawrence Collard have indicated they are willing to continue on; however, they will need the assistance and support of additional committee members to help with the ongoing operation and success of the club.

To support incoming committee members, a full handover will be provided, and the outgoing committee will remain available to assist where needed to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

We strongly encourage all members and participants to consider nominating for a position or offering their support in any capacity. A strong and active committee is vital to the continued growth and sustainability of our club.

Further information regarding nominations and the AGM agenda will be provided prior to the meeting.
