Two weeks into the new year and if you’re like the rest of us, you’re struggling with all of the positive new changes you’re trying to make.
Don’t worry, everyone does.
The solution is simple - focus on one change at a time, start with the easiest one to do, and cut yourself some slack if you miss a day or two.
Give it three weeks to form one new habit, then add another.
Again, take it easy on yourself if you miss a day.
Follow this cycle and before you know it you’ll be in bed before 10 every night, meditating for 15 minutes every morning, and getting 20 minutes of exercise every day - or whatever you have set as your goals
