Thank you for your support of a slightly smaller Pink Day last weekend! It was awesome to still see all teams getting involved and it was a great morning of netball and support nonetheless. Please find below information for Round 6 this weekend.
GAME TIMES (vs St John’s @ home):
• Please be advised that St John’s does not have a 10A or 10B so unfortunately these teams will not be playing.
• We are still waiting on the 9C time – I will email this out as soon as I get it.
YEARBOOK PHOTOS & UNIFORMS
• Weather-permitting, yearbook photos have been rescheduled for this weekend.
• Players will be required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior their photo time to ensure all uniforms are correct and all team members are organised for the photo.
• Firsts players should arrive in their formal uniform. You will get changed into your red dress for the photo, then into your pink dress immediately after and can put your pink decorations on then.
• A reminder also that students are only permitted to wear St Paul’s jumpers & track pants to Saturday sport – you are representing the School the entire time you are there and therefore must be in correct uniform.
NETBALL FACEBOOK PAGE
• St Paul’s netball has a page that provides updates on all things netball related.
• To follow the page, please click on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/spsnetball
NSG BBQ
• The final NSG BBQ is on this weekend and as per usual, they need volunteers to help out.
• I really implore any parents who are available and have not yet helped out to spend some time helping out, regardless of how long you can stay.
• The NSG is an important group who fundraise for the girls to provide them with training shirts, different resources and the upcoming awards dinner, so please support them.
COMMUNICATION
• Please remember it is a player’s responsibility to make timely contact with their coach and/or manager if they are unable to train or play. Non-attendance without communication is not acceptable.
ST PAUL’S SCHOOL APP
• For all wet weather cancellations (for fixtures or training, all messages for School Sport will be relayed onto the St Paul’s School App. It is imperative that ALL students and parents/caregivers download the app and use it as their primary source for wet weather/last minute fixture or training changes.
• To download the App, follow these instructions:
• Download the School App by searching ‘St Paul’s’ in your App store.
• Go to settings (top right of home page).
• Choose “Subscriptions”.
• Select “Sport & Extracurricular”.
• Select the Sport/s for which you wish to receive notifications for. I would highly recommend keeping notifications for all sports on, just to be safe and to ensure you don’t need to subscribe each term.
