Our Mid Winter HYROX Challenge officially begins this Monday, and registrations close soon.

Designed for all fitness levels, this comprehensive 8-week program combines structured HYROX training, strength development, running performance, and expert coaching to help you achieve measurable results.

Over the 8 weeks, you’ll develop:

✔ Running endurance and speed

✔ HYROX station efficiency

🔥 BIG WEEK AHEAD TEAM! 🔥

Mid-Year Testing kicks off tomorrow, and we’re excited to see all the hard work you’ve put in over the first half of the year pay off.

🏋️‍♂️ Public Holiday Monday Classes
⏰ 8:00am & 9:00am

Testing Schedule:

✅ Monday – 1RM Bench Press
✅ Tuesday – 1RM Back Squat
✅ Wednesday – 1RM Push Press
✅ Thursday – 1RM Sn**ch
✅ Friday – 1RM Deadlift
✅ Saturday – 1RM Clean & Jerk

We’ll also be running our normal conditioning workouts throughout the week, so there’ll be plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and set some new personal bests.

Remember, testing isn’t about comparing yourself to anyone else. It’s about measuring your progress, celebrating your wins, and identifying areas to improve for the next training block.

Get plenty of sleep, eat well, and come ready to lift!
