Introducing Alize!

You may have seen Alize around the club before (probably squatting 120kg), but Ali is here to join us as our new PT!🌟

Whether you’re looking for someone to help you hit your goals, or just need that extra bit of guidance, Alize will be there for you.

She will also be running classes on Thursday evenings at 6pm for Lower Body Strength, starting tomorrow. Let us know if you want to get yourself booked in💜
