Here's why your ab machine isn't just working your abs.

Abdominal crunch using the machine is used for hypertrophy of the abdominals.

Often people hinge at the hips or flex their back further than required to the point of diminishing returns. Stick between the range of motion where your abs are actually shortening and you'll be golden.

We are very proud to announce that Tayah has finished her Cert IV in Fitness and is now taking on new clients for personal training.

She has been working extremely hard to finish her course so she can provide PT and small group sessions for our members and the community.

She has already proven to be an asset for us here at the gym, taking care of the members and the space every morning and we are very excited to have her now working as a trainer.

Despite her finishing her course in record time, she still sucks at taking photos so here is a few 😂
