Yes some very exciting news for the new year , We are teaming up with Oz continuum Bjj.
Rob Cornish will be taking Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes at FFIT+ twice a week starting in Feb!

We are super lucky to have Rob on board , he is a brown belt in bjj and will be the perfect addition for our new club.

More updates on this exciting news in the coming days.

Oz continuum bjj affiliate of cia paulista Australia are happy to announce a partnership with FFIT+ Bairnsdale. Owner of oz continuum Rob Cornish is a brown belt under Carlos the Portuguese Viera who is head coach of cia paulista Australia bjj. Rob is looking forward to building a great fight team with FFIT+. All Paynesville classes will remain the same. +

Hi guys,

As some of you may know Christian has Ventured out and has started an MMA team training out of the Bairnsdale boxing club.

We are lucky enough to have World champion Muay Thai fighter Kurt Finlayson running striking Wednesday nights @5:30pm, we are also set to announce more experienced coaches/fighters in the coming weeks set to help Christian build a strong MMA team Bairnsdale.

We would like to thank the Bairnsdale boxing club for there help/generosity in sharing there space with us in order to mutually attempt to aid the growth of combat sports in East Gippsland.
