I hope everyone is doing as good as can be in lockdown.

Remember to take this time/opportunity to spend with your beautiful family.🙌🏼
Catch up on things you wouldn’t normally have time to do, take a walk, run or even some sort of training to release much needed endorphins to put heads in the best place possible. Keep your self busy or just “take time to smell the 🌹 roses” it’s the small things in life we need to appreciate... 🙏🏼

On a positive note, Bec’s B***y Bootcamp is coming back in full force!!! Once all is cleared with the lockdown and we know we are safe to get our booty’s” back into training.
