We would like to wish Everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy NewYear. 2025 was a most enjoyable and fun filled year with quite a few new members joining our lovely little club. Thanks to all the members who volunteered their time in any way and to ALL our sponsors who continually supported us in 2025
it is very much appreciated. Hope to see some new faces in 2026.

Our "Christmas in July" event on Sunday was once again a huge success. We started the day with cheerios out on the course half way around followed by a VERY delicious Lunch and Desserts.
The Winners of the 2person Ambrose were Mark and Jeff and the Runner-ups were Steve J and Phill. Well done Winners. It was so good to hear all the laughter and banter echoing out across the golf course.
A Big Thank You goes out to All the grey nomads who came along again and supported us by buying Lunch and Raffle tickets. We hope you all had an enjoyable day. To All the Members and Volunteers who stepped up on the day and helped out in Any way to make this day so great; your help is VERY MUCH Appreciated. Thank You one and ALL, can't wait until next year. Cheers

Our first ever "Community Connection Day" was loads of fun with lots of enthusiasm and laughter out on the course. We played a 2person Ambrose and winners of this event were Sambo and Kerry and the Runner-ups were Mike and Corina, well done Winners. A Big Thank You once again to everyone who donated prizes for our excellent raffles, people who make the amazing food and the groundskeepers for making our couse look spectacular. It was great to see members of our Community come along and experience a day at the golf club. Hopefully this will be an annual event in the coming years. Cheers

Winners of the Mens Monthly Medal for March were; Winner Steve C and Runner-up was Bob. Mike also achieved an elusive Eagle on the day. Well done guys.
On Saturday the 12th of April commencing at 8am we are playing an Ambrose game. This event is aimed at uniting the community with a fun filled game of golf and Lunch afterwards. We have a couple of sets of clubs and pull along carts you are welcome to use if you do not have any. There will be a lucky door prize and raffles to be won. Cost for the day which includes 18holes of golf and Lunch is $40. Some fliers are up around town if you would like to nominate your interest or simply turn up at 7.30 on the day. These days are always a lot of fun so hope to see some new faces on the day.

Last Sunday for Australia Day we played a 2person Ambrose. Winners for the day were Steve J and Kelpie and the Runner-ups were Steve C and Amanda. Well done Winners. Thanks to our chefs Warren and Brooksie for our delicious Lamb, Pork, Cheese, Onion and Gravy Rolls.Also Chelsea for providing us with desserts. We had a bit of fun with best dressed Aussie and golf cart. Wayne and Chris won best dressed ( happy little Vegemites ) and Sambo was the Winner for best cart. Overall another enjoyable Sunday at our little golf club.
We were also grateful to receive a grant from Gladstone Regional Council which enabled us to purchase tables and chairs for events such as these. Thank You; they have really come in useful already.

Thank You to all our Members who turned up today for our working bee and also the volunteer groundspeople who volunteer their time every Saturday. The course is looking absolutely fantastic.
Next Sunday the 26th of January we are playing a 2person Ambrose for Australia Day. Arrival time is 7am with a tee off time of 7.30. Prizes for the best dressed Aussie and golf buggy/cart, could be a laugh. Cost for the day which includes the game and Lunch ( Roast Lamb and Pork rolls with gravy and cheese) is $25. So get your Aussie gear together and come on down for a bit of fun.
