As advised by Equestrian Victoria, from 11.59 Wednesday 5th of August, all coaching and training in stage 4 restriction areas are no longer permitted until September 13th.
These are difficult times to say the least and my aim is to give you the tools to get through this time as smoothly as possible in regards to your riding.
Horse riding is an extremely positive activity that can bring relief from all kinds stress and anxiety.
Itβs so good for your mental health and physical fitness and we could all use a bit of help in that department at the moment!
If you own your own horse or lease your a horse, you are still allowed to feed and exercise your horse during this time.
Iβd like to encourage all of my students to continue training in your allocated lesson time, decide on a goal to work towards and stay connected.
Having a goal or a project to work on during these next 6 weeks will be critical for many to maintain a healthy mindset.
Achievements made towards those goals will help you to come out of this season happier and healthier.
To help with this, I am offering goal setting sessions online or by phone, training programs and online/FaceTime lessons to existing students.
Give me a call to chat about some options if you need some guidance or support.
In addition I have a fit rider program available to help you improve your rider fitness.
This program is fantastic for building core strength and flexibility in the rider which dramatically improves balance and confidence in the saddle.
There are so many options to help you continue with your riding goals so donβt give up or get discouraged, just give me a call π
If your finances are an issue because you have lost your job, donβt let that stop you!
I want to support all of my students regardless of their situation.
For those who donβt have their own pony I have loads of fun theory resources to help you get your pony fix so be sure to drop me a line to see how I can help.
Stay safe everyone and stay connected, smile and look for the silver lining!!
Love Cindy, Tazzy and Muffin xx
