Ryder has been putting in the work consistently at UC and it’s been great to watch his development both physically and mentally over recent months.

At Ultimate Conditioning, we don’t just train junior athletes — we train adults too.

Because the reality is, as we get older, we naturally lose muscle mass, strength, and function. And if you’re not actively doing something about it, that decline speeds up.

Strength training isn’t optional — it’s essential.

This is especially true for women who are premenopausal, going through menopause, or postmenopausal. Hormonal changes can accelerate muscle loss, reduce bone density, and impact overall performance and health. The right training becomes even more important.

What should you be doing?
Train with intent, 2–3 times per week
Lift weights that challenge you
Incorporate power-based movements
Make time for mobility
And most importantly — get coached properly

If your child plays sport, learning how to build strength, move well and reduce injury risk can make a huge difference to their performance.

That’s exactly what we teach at Ultimate Conditioning.

This Easter school holidays we’re running a 2-Day Young Athlete Development Camp for athletes aged 12–16.

Across two coached sessions athletes will:

✔️ Complete a movement and strength assessment
✔️ Learn the Ultimate Conditioning warm-up system
✔️ Be coached through safe and effective strength training
✔️ Understand how strength training improves performance and resilience in sport

📅 Camp Dates

8 & 9 April
13 & 14 April

Each camp runs across two sessions (2 hours each):

Day 1 – Athlete Assessment
Movement screening and performance testing.

Day 2 – Training Session
Athletes are coached through strength training based on their results.

💰 Investment: $220 for the full 2-day camp

Spots are limited to ensure every athlete receives quality coaching.
