Our next Western Region Tennis Association (WRTA) Senior Summer Pennant League starts on the 10th October 2026! Bacchus Marsh Lawn Tennis Club has been participating in this competition for four seasons now, and the players are thoroughly enjoying it.

This next season will run from October 2026 to March 2027 (with a break for x-mas and school holidays) on Saturdays between 1-4pm. The format consists of 4 singles sets and 1 doubles set per team, with options for teams of 2 or 3 players. Games are played at various locations around the Western Suburbs region (the furthest distance is Williamstown).

This is a mixed-gender competition, with teams graded based on the UTR ranking system. If you don't have a UTR number, we can help set one up.

Our first round of BMLTC merchandise was a huge success, and you may have already spotted plenty of members proudly wearing their club gear around the courts!

With summer fast approaching, we’re putting in another merchandise order for anyone who missed out last time — and this round we’ve also added SHORTS! 🙌

💰 A $10 deposit per item is required to secure your order and will be deducted from the final price.

📦 Items are expected to arrive approximately 2–4 weeks after the club order is placed.

Please note that minimum club order quantities apply. If the minimum quantity isn’t reached for a particular item, your deposit for that item will be refunded.

🎉 BMLTC Trivia Night! 🧠🎶

What a fantastic night! A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Trivia Night — we hope you all had a great time, enjoyed plenty of laughs and maybe even learnt a random fact or two! 😂

💙 Life Membership – Jan Branagh 🎾

We finished off our AGM this afternoon with the very special presentation of a Life Membership to Jan Branagh, recognising her incredible contribution to our club for over 40 years! 👏

Jan has been an integral part of BMLTC for many years and continues to dedicate her time to the club. You’ll find her every Wednesday morning wrangling together our Wednesday Ladies, making sure everyone is organised and ready to get out on court and enjoy their tennis! 🎾

Jan, we are incredibly grateful for everything you have done, and continue to do, for our club. Your dedication and commitment over more than four decades is truly appreciated.

Congratulations Jan – a very deserving recipient of Life Membership! 💙👏🎾
