Just a reminder that you should be doing strength training 2 to 3 times per week, along with additional cardio and stretching throughout the week whenever possible. A common theme from speaking to a few of you, is that you have been finding it more difficult to sleep lately, especially since your routines have changed. If you can relate to this, then one of the best things you can do is to exercise and stretch because this will greatly reduce the tension in your body. So try to do the yoga based stretches that we do at the end of the H360 home workouts an additional few times per week, if you can relate to this. Also, ensure that you don't spend too much time on screen especially a few hours before bed, and make the time to get outdoors too.

I hope you are all well. I just finished filming this weeks workout, only to find that it did not record. My phone is having serious recording issues - anyhow I will purchase a professional camera as soon as I do some research on it. Anyhow, I have just done a video explaining what I did for the last hour if you need to see what the exercises are please watch it below. Even on the explanation of what I did my phone still cut me of after 5min so its in 2 parts - so annoying I know.

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well. It's been a crazy week with the Carona virus and it seems it will get worse before it gets better. All we need to do is stay home and we will stay safe. In the mean time, ensure to stay strong by getting lots of rest, eating well and of course , exercising. I will post some workouts on this page every few days to keep you motivated - please let me know if you have any questions. The video I recorded today has been split into 2 videos automatically, so if you want to do the entire workout, you will need to watch part A - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OYEbsZNy78 and then part B - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZxTa_7rcsqo - This will probably be the case with most of the workout videos I post, unless I try to do a Zoom or FB Live workout again but my internet has been so slow over the past week that I'm not sure if this will work but I might give it a go again. Hi everyone, due to the compulsory government shutdown, we will be shutting our doors tomorrow. Tomorrow will be the last day of classes at the studio, until further notice. Instead, we will simply be shifting over to online classes, which will occur sometime this week. I am just trying to get a faster internet service from home too so that I can stream without freezing. DON’T TOUCH FACE CHALLENGE

I’ve got a bonus wellness challenge for you!

Are you ready? It might be one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever given you.

It’s to NOT TOUCH your eyes, nose or mouth. Basically, keep your hands away from your face!

It’s so much tougher than it sounds – but the payoffs could last for years!

Health experts say to cut back our risk of contracting the Coronavirus, we should stop touching our face.

This is good health advice all the time – so picking up this habit now will go a long way toward avoiding other bugs and viruses in the future, too!

Most of us have had this habit since childhood – it’s time to just say NO! Especially to nail biting.

DIY HAND SANITIZER

👐If you’re stuck somewhere and can’t wash your hands, using hand sanitizer is the next best thing.

😷But what if you don’t have any sanitizer – and/or your local store has sold out?

💡No problem! Make your own! It’s very simple.

💯TIP: The CDC recommends using a sanitizer that’s at least 60% alcohol. This recipe meets that requirement.

Mix together:

• ⅓ cup aloe vera gel
• ⅔ cup isopropyl rubbing alcohol
• (optional) 2-3 drops organic, all-natural essential oil

Mix all the ingredients up in a bowl and pour into a clean container (like a bottle with a secure top. Optional: use a bottle with a spray attachment.)

✅Use a small amount and rub over the fronts and backs of your hands.

👏 This also can make a thoughtful gift!

CLEAN YOUR MOBILE PHONE TO STOP CORONA

🦠📲Germs and bacteria can live on hard surfaces – like your mobile phone! – for days.

☠ Just think of all the places your mobile phone travels … and the surfaces it has touched. Euuw, right? 🚽

💥In the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, there are some actions you can take to protect yourself (and your devices!).

🙀First: Avoid putting your phone near your face. Use the speaker whenever possible.

💦Second: Disinfect your phone DAILY. Check with your phone’s manufacturer, but Apple says its safe to use Clorox disinfecting wipes on its phones.

🚫Other common cleaners (like alcohol, vinegar, window cleaning spray, or anything abrasive) can damage your phone so it’s important to double-check.
