What other people do in their daily life, actually doesn’t mean anything about you.
We see highlight reels.
If drinking greens doesn’t serve you, that’s perfect.
If it does, also perfect.
If making your bed everyday doesn’t serve you, that’s okay.
If it does serve you, that’s okay.
Stop making yourself wrong for not doing XYZ, when it actually doesn’t serve you.
In that, try new things, try new habits, do things to make your routine better if that’s what feels good. But don’t do things that don’t feel good for you.
Let the things you love be perfect for you, and other peoples things they love be perfect for them.
Because I strength train 3-4 days a week, doesn’t mean you have to.
I like to read, doesn’t mean you have to.
It’s about what life you want to create.
If you want to build muscle, maybe strength training would be great for you.
If you would rather tone, maybe Pilates is a better option.
If you want to improve your sleep, maybe getting off your phone before bed is a good idea.
If your sleep is great & scrolling on tiktok before bed serves you, that’s great.
If things you are doing aren’t serving you, change them. It’s not to normalise habits that DONT serve you, it’s about creating habits that feel really good for you - and it doesn’t need to make sense to others.
