CHECK-IN & ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in at the front desk using your app.

WARM UP
Engage in a specialised warm-up guided by your coach, designed to effectively prepare and activate your body for the session ahead.

BREAKDOWN OF THE WORKOUT
The coach will explain and demonstrate the session ahead.
Please listen carefully and now is the perfect time to ask any questions if needed.

MAIN WORKOUT
Lift weights or sweat it out during our strength
BUILD portion to build and maintain lean muscle.

Or improve your cardio and develop your functional fitness in our TRIM & SATURDAY SWEAT sessions.

We recommend committing to the full program and taking a hybrid/flexible approach to these classes, as both BUILD & TRIM are essential for a balanced, effective fitness journey.
While TRIM/SWEAT sessions increase endurance, burn fat, and keep your energy levels high. Together, they’re the perfect combo to help you look, feel, and perform your best.

FINISH
We have 5-10 minutes set aside between all session times to give you time to high five, pack your equipment away and stretch.
