Fierce Mums Fitness FMF is about empowering you through health and fitness. We specialise in women and mums. Hey, I'm Bec! I'm a fitness professional based in Ellenbrook, WA.

My mission is to empower all mums to put their health first, by providing safe, bub-friendly group fitness classes. I believe we should all have a place to go where the person beside us wants to see us succeed. Your wins are our wins. Come join us for fun, inclusive workouts, individually tailored to you. We offer two programs designed specifically for pregnancy, post-partum and beyond. "REBUILD"

is our signature small group fitness program for pregnancy and postpartum. A 10 week course designed to ease you back into exercise postpartum, or guide you through your pregnancy. We will REBUILD your body from the inside, with a focus on your pelvic floor and safe movement. Also known as our Return to Exercise program. "MUMS CLUB" is a follow on to our signature REBUILD program. It's a group fitness class suitable for all mums with some exercise experience. Individualised to you and your capabilities. Bubs and toddlers welcome! This is a great way to meet other like-minded Mums in your area. Fun, sweat and laughter guaranteed!

Do you thrive in the morning light or come alive when the stars are out?

Me? I used to be up before the sun. The boys would wake us up anywhere from 5am onwards... summer or not! Now they're getting older, they are sleeping a bit later. And they understand not to wake Mum and Dad before 6.30am. Though they do push it some days and try for 6am ๐Ÿ˜…

So present day, I'm more of a night owl/vampire. I get all my chores done when the kids go to bed, and binge watch What's New on Netflix.

I struggle to focus on a podcast that I'm listening to. I'm a visual person, and I prefer to see the people speaking, otherwise I just zone out ๐Ÿคฃ So music it is! And you will often find me singing (very badly) to whatever is playing!
