Important announcement

It’s a very bittersweet moment sitting here writing this but the time has come to tell you all I’m moving to Queensland 🏝

Unfortunately this means Barre at the Beach will be no longer 😔

I’ve had such a great time teaching these classes overlooking the ocean and loved seeing you all online during lockdown!

If I do end up doing some online classes from up North you guys will be the first to know!

I do owe some of you some classes so I will get in touch with you individually to sort out refunding those

I hope you’re all doing well coming out of lockdown and school being back!

If I can ever help with anything please drop me a line any time 💌

Hi ladies

After much consideration around the new rules and opening up, I have decided to hold off starting Barre at the Beach back up until 1 December when masks are no longer mandatory and there are less rules around checking vaccine certificates etc

I know a lot of you have been keen to get back to live classes so I apologise if this is disappointing 😔

Send me a message and let me know what you’ll be up to instead..

I have a whole lot of classes recorded that can be done at home so let me know if you’d like some recordings sent to you as well 👯‍♀️

Online for September! 👯‍♀️🔥💪🏽

Starting this Monday 6 September I will be running classes online:
Monday 7.30am
Wednesday 7.30am
Friday 7.30am

You can join in any time. All you will need is a yoga mat, stretchy band and some small hand weights (or cans from the pantry if you don’t have) 🥫

Price will be:
Single class - $10
One full week - $25
Whole period 6 Sept - 1 Oct $70

Anyone who is booked in will receive the recording of the class that day in case they missed it (or to do it again 💁🏻‍♀️)

I will give the option to tap out at 8am if you have things to get to otherwise we will go until 8.15 including stretch 🧘🏽‍♀️😌

Tone up 👆🏻in Lock down 👇🏼
15 minutes x 28 days
Missing teaching my barre classes!
And also noticing that you don’t get the same toning when you’re just going out for your daily family walk.. so… 🤔
Who wants to do 4 weeks of getting ripped? 🔥
You’ll be surprised at the results we can have in just 15 minutes a day, every day for 4 weeks 💪🏽
This will be a toning 15 minutes with a little wind down stretch at the end to supplement your daily walk/run. I still want you to get out in the fresh air and these gorgeous days! ⛅️
- 8am each day
- Starting Monday 2 August
- Price is $28 for 4 weeks.. $1 a day

All you need is a resistance band and yoga mat
Hand weights are optional but not essential
