There are so many “quick fixes” preying on our insecurities but in the long run they aren’t maintainable.
I know what you’re thinking, there are a few actions on that list ⬆️ and it’s easier said than done but that doesn’t mean you have to practice them all at once. Pick the most manageable and once you have consistently achieved it atleast 80% for the next two weeks pick another to practice along with the action you are currently doing.
