NEXT POP UP KONGA!!!

Hope you all weren’t too sore after our first pop up class at the beginning of the month and are ready to put the next one on your calendars!! 🗓️

Join us SATURDAY MARCH 22nd from 9am for our next Pop Up Class! $15 for the hour and bring your mat and water as usual; hope to see a few more faces again and our regulars back in their spots 🥰

If you have any song requests send them through to me and I’ll add them to the list!! 🙌

Awesome work today everyone! So great to see you all there today and I hope you had some fun!!

I completely forgot to do my door prize draw while everyone was still at class but Grace pulled a couple of names out of the bag our jumper and sweat towel!

WHOOP 🙌 BRING ON SATURDAY!

Come join us Saturday morning 1st February from 9am for a pop up KONGA class in the centennial hall!

$15 for the hour; includes a full body toning and cardio workout to some banger songs 🎶

Anyone can come and give it a go! Even if you’ve never before, it’s a fun way to get your daily movement in!

I DID IT!!! I found the site I got my last jumper from!! So excited to wear this again!! So now I can do my post I’ve been busting to tell you! I will be doing a pop up KONGA class next week; either Wednesday or Saturday morning!! So I will have the blue jumper as a random door prize for anyone who comes to this class! CLASS DETAILS;📅 DATE: TBC either Wednesday 29th or Saturday 1st Feb⏰ TIME: 9-10am 📍VENUE: Augusta Centennial Hall💲 $15 for the hour With our usual class style of warm up, toning, cardio and floor. This is just a pop up class and I can’t say that these will be a regular thing but I will see how these ones go!! Hope to see some of my old crew back for this class and some new comers too ❤️❤️❤️

Remember to bring those positive vibes and don’t let anyone take them away from you! If they try, don’t take what they say to heart (no matter how hard it may be at the time) because if they are dragging you down, they don’t have good positive intentions for you and don’t want the best for you! Keep the energy flowing baby! Also don’t forget to have a little dance today 💃 dancing is an amazing way to boost serotonin, just even if it’s to a banger in the car on the way to work or town or to get coffee! I hope today brings you happiness, good energy and a positive day!

Setting intentions or goals are awesome; but also remember to set them realistically and even if you set part of a long term goal that you could achieve this year is great to help you feel like you are on the right track! A lot of the time we set goals and intentions at the start of the year and can set them a bit higher than what ends up being realistic, then get bummed or disappointed at ourselves for never finishing or achieving the things we set - I am terrible for this! So setting your goals smaller or more realistic stages of a bigger goal, may help you stay on track to getting to where you would like! For example; wanting to save $1000 in a year (this can be hard for a lot of people in this financial hardship that many are going through with cost of living) set a goal to save $400 in the year; if you manage that and can afford to, add an extra $10 a month and keep going to add more if you feel like you can. But don’t be discouraged if you need to drop it back to what you can afford. Any savings you manage in the year is more than what you had at the beginning of the year ❤️ My Goals and Intentions for 2025 are: 🩵Save $1000🩵Move to our Kudardup block 🩵Find a tenant for our 1st home🩵Slow down and find more peace for myself 🩵 Pay off Credit Card and leave it for the rest of the year (unless it is an emergency) 🩵Gym 2x week 🩵Walk 3x week Now these might seem small or insignificant to some people but I am setting realistic goals for myself knowing that I live a busy life with 2 kids, 2 mortgages and a business along with the struggles many have in life with bills, grocery shopping and all the other little things that pop up on the year! If you feel comfortable sling your goals and or intentions down below ⬇️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I wish I still had this jumper! Will have to find where I got it from 😅 ❤️Just a little reminder that we all have days where we feel like we aren’t enough (myself included) not good enough, as a parent, partner, friend, family member, worker, at life itself. But know that you are. YOU ARE ENOUGH, you are loved and you are good enough. These low days will happen, we put too much pressure on ourselves to be better, to be good enough, to do everything right; to only end up burning yourself out and ending up on a low day or days. It happens and it’s ok to have these days, it’s ok not to be ok. Use these days though as a period to reset, breathe and slowdown. Have a chat with a friend and ask for help (something I am learning to do more). Know you are loved, you are cared about and YOU ARE ENOUGH. As the jumper reads “dear person behind me, the world is a better place with you in it”. You NEVER know the struggles someone is going through, some of the most smiley people are the ones struggling the most, say a genuine hello to people; you never know how much better that will make someone feel. I am always up for a chat, walk or debrief if you ever feel like you have no one to talk to. There is always someone who will listen; because you are loved and cared for ❤️ ❤

2025!

Although at this stage I won’t be starting classes again in 2025 (although I’d love to, as I miss it so much!) I still feel my plate is too full to commit everything I need into running KONGA again but I wanted to get my page going again this year for feel goods ❤️

I have personally made the intentions this year to slow down and think more positively to benefit myself and my fam, I also want to use my page to give motivation to anyone who feels they need to to keep their physical, mental health and wellbeing goals in sight for 2025!

So let’s bring all the good things to 2025 and I hope your goals, whatever they may be, start to or fully come to fruition ❤️❤️

Time for a break… 😭

I have recently made the heartbreaking decision to have a break from my own TJB classes.

Before we left for our holidays; I was on the fence about what to do, and since coming back; my passion for classes hasn’t reignited like it usually would. So I have decided to have a break and maybe come back to classes in a bit of time ❤️

Thank you all for your support over these years, I’ve loved meeting and getting to know you all, being there through the highs and lows of life and for you sharing my love for KONGA and the crazy years that we’ve been dancing together ❤️❤️

I appreciate you all so so much, much more than I can put into words; hopefully can KONGA again together in the future ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sourdough toast with ricotta, fried mushrooms in beef bone broth, fresh cut tomatoes, parsley and topped with lemon olive oil! So so so good, with protein as well 🥰
