Life Memberships Augusta Bowling Club 2026.
It has been some years since a Life Membership has been awarded at our Club. As a result the Management Committee investigated and unanimously decided to make several life membership awards in 2026.
All of these people have been long time members of the club and made outstanding contributions to the running and management of the club over many years. Contributions such as holding executive positions, representing as pennant players, inter league players, country week players and flying the Augusta flag at various country carnivals as well as winning numerous Club Championships. Some have been involved in running the Leeuwin League and had involvement in playing or selection at Zone level. Contributions in promoting and running club carnivals, maintenance of club assets whilst keeping the facility in a clean and tidy manner.
These people have made valuable input over many years resulting in the very financially healthy and happy club we have today.
Congratulations to Deanne Harrison, Chris Watson, Owen Rafferty and Ginger Milentis for being awarded Life Memberships.
