Toowong FC

Toowong FC Toowong Football Club (Toowong FC) was founded in 1921 and is one of the oldest clubs in Brisbane. We are affiliated with Football Queensland.

The Toowong Football Club's prime focus is to provide a place for people of all ages to play and enjoy football (soccer). We were formed in 1921 which makes us one of the oldest clubs in Brisbane. Our senior women compete in the Football Qld Premier League 3 (FQPL3). We also have both Men’s and Women’s Metro teams at levels for both experienced players and beginners alike, and an extensive men’s m

asters program. Our Juniors (U13 to U17) and Miniroos (U6 to U12) are growing in numbers and we are always keen to welcome new girls and boys at any age group, with any skill level; we are proud to have all girls teams in all ages from U8 through to U16. Toowong FC changed its name from Toowong Soccer club in 2006. The Club plays at Dunmore Park, Auchenflower, after moving here in the 60s. In 2016 we completed a massive project to provide two full size playing fields and four full size changing rooms, giving us capacity to expand and provide more opportunities to community kids that want fun and affordable football action!

FIELDS CLOSED THURS 11 JUNE

After heavy rain yesterday, and more rain today, our fields are completely sodden and unfit for football activities, so will have to stay closed. We're crossing fingers for some relief for the weekend.

FIELDS CLOSED - Wed 10 June

The continued rain has dampened plans for tonight, with fields closed and training cancelled. With Football Australia still planning to film at the club tonight, we have the U11 Green and Gold teams coming along to participate, so field lights will briefly be used to facilitate that.

We've got a HUGE weekend coming up at Dunmore Park, with non-stop action every day across all of our age groups.

It'll be a busy one in the carpark, canteen and warmup spaces, so allow a bit of extra time and patience pre-game πŸ’šπŸ’›βš½

Games will proceed as planned on Saturday 30 May!

The fields are still quiet soft in some parts, so we're asking for some additional assistance from visitors on the weekend. Please stick to the paths, take care entering and leaving the fields, and follow all directions from the ground officials.

Fields remained closed tonight (Fri 29 May) due to poor pitch conditions, with masters games postponed.

We will check field conditions again later this evening and update the status for games Saturday, but are crossing fingers Miniroos will be fine to go ahead.

Keep an eye on Squadi and club websites regarding the field status before heading out for your away matches, as several fields around SEQ are still waterlogged and may be closed.
