Their determination, dedication and teamwork was amazingly to see. They have all improved so much over the last 12 weeks!!!

Haven't posted a gym selfie in a while, but today felt like the day.

Today was squat day and by look on my exhausted face you can tell its towards the end of my workout

But this post is about body positivity. I've been a bit obsessed with working out in shorts lately it just feels good.
But today I saw this crop in my wardrobe and threw it on. So I'm here in my happy place rocking my mum bod and feeling strong 💪 💪

These beautiful ladies got their groove on with me this morning and we had a blast.

Get Low is for all ages and abilities that's why it's 100% my favourite Jungle Body program.

So this is 39!
Yesterday was my birthday, things were hectic at home we had plumbers, electricians, and gardeners everywhere, so I headed to work early to escape the madness and still got my workout in.

Today looks a little different, I've decided to take it slow and enjoy my cake!! 🎂🎂

Life is about balance, rest is important. The older I get the more I appreciate the quiet and calm.

I said to watch for changes and here is the first one.
I want to share more of my health, fitness and learning journey and it just didn't feel right to be doing that as Jungle Body with Nyssa.

So here it is new branding Fit Nys.

Jungle Body is still going to be a big part of what I do, it's what ignited my love of all things health and fitness again.

But as I am studying and now working at I felt it was time to add more of my own identity to this page.
