Welcome to the world MJK Nirvana (aka Noah) a stunning buckskin c**t (by MJK Napoleon out of MJK Riverdance) with so much bling and in incredible gene pool(in the mix is Quarterback, Negro, Escudo 1 to name a few along with some amazing pony genetics thrown in the mix)
So glad he’s here safe and sound. Matthew and I are definitely looking forward to some good nights sleep now that all our babies are here safely 😅

Late update ….Life’s hectic 😅

Pony Club State Combined Training and One Day Event Championships 2023 finished off a wonderful competition year for Matt!!
Matthew and Glenrock Park Stevie Wonder (Steven) backed up their reserve champion finish in the Combined Training last Saturday with a very well deserved reserve champion in the B grade Associate One Day Event Championship on the Sunday. Steven just continues to go from strength to strength and we could not be any more proud of him. This horse started his eventing career 15 months ago. In that time he has gone to just 10 eventing competitions and progressed from 65cm classes through to 1.05cm classes without a single CrossCountry jumping penalty ever!!!! Although Pony Club rules currently restrict him to 95cm competitions, in Equestrian Australia competitions he actually is only one qualification off competing in his first ever 2 star(1.10-1.15cm). For now though Steven has earned himself a very well deserved spell while Matt focuses on developing his partnership with Flume and breaking in and schooling a few up and coming youngsters.

Couple of great photos of the boys captured by Spirit Fire photography on the weekend 🤩🤩The inaugural Equimillion event was to showcase the versatility and suitability of retired racehorses for careers outside of racing. I may be biased but Steven is the epitome of how amazing these off the track horses really are. Galloping around the CrossCountry course is definitely his favourite phase. So far in his eventing competition career Steven has not yet incurred a single jumping penalty as he has progressed through 3 levels in 12 months. This big boy gave his absolute all for Matthew at this huge event. I could not be any more proud of their achievements , Reserve champion junior 90cm show jumping and 5th overall in the 95 cm junior eventing class giving them a pretty awesome pay cheque of $8500 for the weekend. So many people to thank but huge thanks to Tamworth Jockey Club for giving the boys such a wonderful opportunity and to Racing NSW as well!! Proud to be a part of the very first Equimillion event 😍🤩
