Ali walked in “obese,” in constant pain, telling himself it was normal.
What changed wasn’t one big moment, it was showing up, a mate saying “see you tomorrow,” and a coach who noticed when he’d had a drink the night before a PB attempt.
Small, consistent accountability. That’s the whole thing.
Since then: the chiro visits are gone. He sleeps better, breathes better, and says the pain that used to be constant just isn’t part of his life anymore. That same energy and clarity carried into his business too and his income has grown 5x, and his company’s gone from $1.5M to $6M in six years.
Not from working harder. From finally having energy and an improved mindset to attack each day.
What gets us most isn’t the numbers, it’s that Ali didn’t chase some overnight transformation. He made one small change at a time, kept showing up, and let it compound. That’s real consistency, real effort, and the moment he decided enough was enough and actually did something about it.
Massive respect, Ali. This is what it looks like when you back yourself. 👏
