Saturday 8th November saw some of our Aspley Swimming Club members participate in the Somerset Hills Seals Swimming Club's annual Clayton Memorial.

One of our biggest contingencies ever with over 30 swimmers in attendance! Plenty of PBs and massive smiles, and while we came in 4th overall on points, we were first place in Aspley Spirit!

Big thank you to Ref Luke who coordinated the nominations, our swimmers and families for supporting the day, and our parents who helped throughout. You all make !

We were fortunate to be awarded a grant to buy some equipment to help our Club and volunteers work smarter!

Thank you to Anika Wells MP's office for advising us of this opportunity; and to our valued supporters Aspley State School and Swim Solutions Aspley, for working with us to make Club the best place to be on a Friday night!

And we are back!

A massive thank you to all our families and swimmers who joined us for our season opener!

The sun was hot, the water was cool, and our swimmers were smiling and having fun! We welcomed over a dozen new swimmers to our Club yesterday and loved seeing many returning club members.

Next meet is Friday 17 October - gates open at 6pm.

Sign On Day is a chance to ask any questions you have of the club members about Aspley Swimming Club.

Join us at the Aspley State School pool from 8am to 10am on Saturday 13 September.

The team at Swim Solutions Aspley will also be there if you wish to ask about holiday intensives or Term 4 swimming lessons.
