Tracy, Lucy and I (Michelle) hope you've all enjoyed attending our Fitness Classes over the last few years at Aspendale Gardens Community Service. We love and cherish all who have attended. We've gotten to know so many of you and are really proud of the amazing Fitness Community orig. created in September 2017.

At this stage the only class running at the Centre is ZUMBA (ps... Beats drop 7 pm tonight hehee).
So you'll see less posts on here, just the occasional Memory or get together.

No dance exp necessary.
Please note payment via EFTPOS facility.

Newcomers:
please arrive @5-10 mins early to complete your pre exercise form. Or download from AGCS website 💻 we might be able to run through a few basic steps if early enough!

Hey AGCS community!
Unfortunately GetLow and Circuit Training will no longer be continuing in 2024. Our wonderful instructor Lucy has new and exciting ventures ahead of her, and we wish her all the best!!
Keep up the exercise with Zumba at 7pm on Thursday, with ZUMBA Michelle Bayside Vic!
