"The quality of our life depend on the quality of our habits"

Here are three key tips for creating a healthy routine 🙌

1.
Start small and focus on consistency. Begin by incorporating one or two small, manageable changes into your daily schedule rather than overhauling everything at once. Consistency is more important than perfection, so aim to stick to your new habits regularly, even if you miss a day occasionally.

2.
Set specific, achievable goals. Define clear intentions for what you want to accomplish with your routine. For example, instead of a vague goal like "exercise more," aim for something concrete like "do 30 minutes of walking 3 times per week." Having measurable targets makes it easier to track your progress and stay motivated.

3.
Be flexible and kind to yourself. Allow room in your routine for adjustments and don't be too rigid. If you miss a day or struggle to maintain a habit, don't beat yourself up. Treat it as a learning experience and get back on track the next day. 1 - Embrace the cold and plan ahead
Instead of dreading the cold weather, shift your mindset to embrace the seasonal changes. Plan ahead by checking the weather forecast, laying out your workout clothes, and having everything ready to go. Knowing what to expect can make it easier to face the elements 🤓

2 - Seek out an exercise partner or group. Exercising with a partner or group provides social support, camaraderie, and accountability, making it harder to skip workouts. The social pressure of having someone waiting for you can be a powerful motivator 👯‍♂️👯‍♀️

3 - Set a goal or train for an event
Having a specific goal or event to train for, such as a race or challenge, can act as a trigger to get you up and moving. Setting a realistic goal, like losing a certain amount of weight, bulking and gaining muscle or reducing body fat percentage, can also help keep you motivated 🤩
