This morning we welcomed 150 participants to Ashgrove parkrun for event #511!

We had 5 brand new first time parkrunners join us, along with 15 visitors including from all the way up the coast in Gladstone. Welcome all and hope to see you again.

The first person across the line was Yannick Theriault in 19:24, and the first placed female was Melissa Lowndes in 21:43. Well done to you both of you!

What a fabulous morning at Ashgrove parkrun event #510!

The rain stopped and the sun came out just in time for the start for the 203 participants who walked, jogged, and ran using the alternate course due to the waterlogged ovals.

🏅 Milestone celebrations
⭐ 25 parkruns – Denise Bardell, Grace Tap & Catherine McClymont
⭐ 50 parkruns – Steven Boge, Meghan De Maroussem & Fiona Goodyear
⭐ 100 parkruns – Steve Ackerie

Our first male finisher was unknown but the first registered finisher was Sebastian Edmonds in 19:36 while the first female across the line was Frances Hewett in 22:43.

Due to the excessive amount of rain over the past few weeks we will be running the alternate course tomorrow.
The roster is looking very healthy so looking forward to seeing you at 6.45am for the briefing!
