Apologies to the True Believers, but that Malaysian Open final between Chen Long and Lin Dan was an absolute bucket of s**t.

On what planet does Lin Dan after his current run of desperately trying to regain former glory, somehow get to the final, make Chen Long look slow and stupid in the final set, but then also win the last two points with emphatic smashes and follow up shot put aways?

And the medal presentation and photo op with LCW at the end. You couldn't have planned it better.
