We specialise in cross training and are dedicated to providing our members and the wider community with the latest innovations in health and fitness. Paramount caters for a wide range of fitness levels and offers the oppurtunity to train in a friendly, non - threatening environment. PARATHON this Saturday from 6.30am till 10:30am.

THE GOAL:45klm of collective distance on the Ski Ergs and Rowers and 85klm on the ERG Bikes

Book your time slot via the App, turn up and jump on some equipment.

Train solo or wax on and off with someone. Do as much, or as little as you like.

You can book more than 1 time slot too as it is a FREE CLASS…Bring a friend if you like.

There will plenty of training to be done in between the cardio just like our normal classes.

Don’t worry too much about the finer details as we will get you all in the loop on the day.

A few things on the day.

There will body scans happening for those booked in.

Dr Nick Naimo | The Movement Chiro | Chiropractor & Online Coach from Alpha Sports Medicine will be here to help you get through with some expert advice and or help with tired muscles etc.

And don’t forget to wear your MYZONE belt, get 100 MEPS and you go into the prize draw at the end of the day.

We are expecting some MASSIVE efforts.
