If you compete in powerlifting, this is your sign to volunteer at a meet in the future. Competitions are only as good as the people who offer to help at them. 🔥Atlantis Pendulum Squat🔥

Is this not the most beautiful machine you’ve ever seen? 😍 The Pendulum is outrageously stable, which means the need to brace, balance & control the load you’re lifting is virtually non-existent. This is pure, anxiety-inducing, Jesus-take-the-wheel, lower body destruction 😂

We all have a love-hate with the Pendulum Squat machine - we love it because we have big, strong quads, and we hate it because we can’t fit into jeans 😏

If you want to be the best lifter you can be, it makes sense to use the best equipment for the job at hand.

Having regard to recent allegations, Paragon Strength and Performance has decided to withdraw its affiliation with Powerlifting Australia, effective immediately.

As the directors of Paragon Strength and Performance, we want to make it clear that allegations of sexual assault must be taken seriously and investigated fully, and that we do not support or associate with organisations that do not uphold values when it comes to integrity, individual wellbeing and safety.
