This week is AFL Barwon’s Read the Play Round, highlighting the importance of mental health awareness and wellbeing across our football and netball communities.

At Armstrong Creek Sharks, we recognise that looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health. Sport provides a place to connect, support one another, and remind each other that it’s okay to ask for help when needed.

Let’s continue to create a club environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and included. 💙🧡
