Around 2 years ago we started a new ATA comp team with a bunch of young players (one old as well) the first 3 comps we finished dead last!
On Wednesday night we came full circle & won the grand final of the Armidale Tennis Club Competition! I’m very proud of all the players who contributed: Charo/Aidan/Trista/Sophie & lauren. A big Thankyou also to all club volunteer organisers you do a great job! Unfortunately this is my last comp as club coach but it’s a great way to go out! Dave

Great weekend for ATA players at the NSW champion of champions event held at Nepean & Springwood. A great achievement to make it & big congrats to:

Trista Dorrian, Sophie Bailey, Charo Brown, Maddie Byrne & Olivia O’Neil

Special mention to Charo brown who finished in 3rd place overall in 14/u girls singles awesome 🎉

Awesome weekend at The 2022 North West championships hosted by Inverell Tennis Club. A big Thankyou to all organisers on a great job! Congratulations to our ATA athletes who had some great results over the weekend. Highlights:

Big congrats to ATA young guns Maddie Byrne & Olivia O’Neil who represented the north west region in the 10/u state teams event held in Bathurst last weekend! Maddie also was selected by opposition team managers to take out the commit award for the event!
